 SERPENTINE BLADDER SHOWN SANDWICHED INSIDE VEST The key to the Eliminator vest system is the removable vinyl bladder. Hot or Cold fluid is circulated through the serpentine chamber in the bladder and acts as a heat exchanger. The patented bladder is constructed of .15 mil vinyl to resist accidental puncture and has proven itself to be extremely durable in extended field testing and industrial applications. The bladder can be used as a stand alone cooling device if necessary for medical uses where immediate cooling or heating of the subject is required. The vinyl material can be sterilized for use by medical professionals and operating room environments. The cooling effect of the bladder by itself will not last as long as when the Evaporative Cooling Vest is used along with the bladder, but the system is easily recharged in 25 to 40 seconds. The user can even remain tethered to the unit with optional hose extensions to allow constant cooling or heating. The vest works with plain water and as so there is no hazardous chemical risk to the user or nearby individuals, NO MSDS sheets are required. |
